Attention all show producers!
Now you may think its easy doing caps and vids, all uploaders work very hard to bring these to other people and take their time to give your shows FREE PROMOTION which obviously builds on your ratings because lets face it with out us you have no real advertising, and yes I can see how it works both ways before you say anything!

Now some of take the time to pick out great caps of your stunning models and share, mostly just plain normal footage of their lovely eyes or just a general pic when she is looking gorgeous in our opinions, and with little appreciation from most models an basically fuck all from any producers at all cuz you can't be bothered to click a thanks button regardless of the amount of time you sit on the forum and watch whats going on!

So you sit and watch like a predator waiting for its prey and then you see something BOOOOM you attack, your prey in this instance is the slips your models have, the very few times this happens compared to the rest of the footage the models have about them on this forum is not worth mentioning but yet these you attack and have removed, making myself and other uploaders feel like they have totally wasted hours of their time to share these special moments with everyone, now this may surprise you but there is one hell of a lot of free loading bastards (for example ...Model A, no slip 4 downloads of vid.....Model A, slip over 100 downloads) who never say thanks to us either, so over all, all that uploaders do is pretty much taken for granted with little gratitude and the only time we do get a fraction more thanks is when slips come along!

And now it seems everyone of you producers are asking for them to be removed, well here's the thing, you all upped the game by risk taking in the first place, trying to get one over on each other and be the best, bring in the punters, the raunchier your models got the more viewers you'd get, more and more daring (which was appreciated by myself and many i am sure) until the point were the models would be naked protected by only a sheet or take their panties off and have a tiny skirt covering themselves, all of this is very erotic and pleasing on the eye and when the model has no panties on this heightens the chance of a slip again which is what most people wish to see, you instruct your models to get as naked or naked if they can of which you know the results, you doing this opened yourselves up for your models to indeed have more slips, and when us uploaders share these slips you ask for them to be removed, so now the shit is hitting the fan with the "so called" regulators (self appointed spoilers of all tv shows) we are being punished as it were for your own doing, if you dont want any slips to be posted then don't ask your models not (which no one wants) to get naked just so you can earn a few quid more, if you take risks you have to pay the price imo and as long as you taking them slips are bound to happen accept the consequence of your actions!

If any producers out there would like to explain to me why I should not post the slips your models have then please feel free to PM me, it will be kept confidential, it would make a refreshing change for you to be upfront instead of lurking all the fucking time!

Its really not too much to ask to listen to us viewers more is it? I mean without viewers where would you be, you screw every penny you can out of us at least let us have something!

Some would say that the people posting caps and vids of ''slips'' are doing the regulators jobs for them.. No longer do the wasters in ofcom towers need to trawl hours of tape looking for evidence that they can beat the shows with. just come here and find conveniently time and date stamped images they can use.. now dont get me wrong i have nothing against the posters of ''slips''.. im just pointing out another way of looking at it..

smile... even on the crap days!

But I don't think that is the point that Bluearmy is making. If they can show repeated slips on TV then why do they pounce on the cappers and vid posters here?

If a viewer complains about a "slip" ofcom doesn't need to use this forum as a point of reference. All broadcasters are required to keep archived recordings as part of their broadcast licence conditions.

From previous ofcom sanctions you will see that they only tend to monitor the channels when an existing complaint has been lodged and they will review the output to see if the broadcaster is complying with directions.
The most recent example of this comes from BabeWorld: Ofcom sent a letter to BabeWorld telling them that they could not display an url to a R18 strength website on screen. A month later ofcom monitored their channels to see that they were still displaying the url. A sanction followed.

Porn Director Jim Slip made these comments about Ofcom the other day:

"I reckon OFCOM actually doesn't give a toss, but they will react to complaints. For example in the 1970's the twisted old bag, Mary Whitehouse wielded huge power over the BBC with her organisation "The National TV Viewers Association" or some bollocks. Apparently at its height the organisation only had about 58 members!

So even then the general public didn't give a toss, let alone now. I reckon the staff at OFCOM want to do what all other civil servants do, ie:

1/ Get hugely paid.
2/ Do absoluteley nothing apart from sipping tea.
3/ Retire on a gold plated pension.

So why spend all their time sifting through hours of TV footage looking for the odd muff shot? Doesn't make sense. Obviously they can rake in a £20,000 fine here and there, but they don't get it, the crooked gvernment gets it.

We flatter ourselves to think the authorities actually give a damn about the morality of what we do any more."

If Ofcom were serious about monitoring they would get someone to spend 1 hour a day checking a few forums, download clips and pounce. The slips have been happening for months so quite obviously this isn't happening.

I can't help wondering if there has been a change at the top.

A change at the top, where? On the babeshows or at Ofcom?

Ofcom. Unless recent consultations have been exceedingly devious they indicate an acceptance that there is a place for erotic entertaiment in British broadcasting. [crossfingers]

RE: Attention all show producers!
Bluearmy is perfectly correct. All the producers (as far as I can see) are thinking exactly the same thing - have to maximise income from calls, but haven't got the bottle to actually challenge the legality of Ofcom's code. So what they do is effectively take it in turns to push the edge a little. They are happy when the publicity they get on sites like this leads to extra callers, but as soon as they get scared (and they ALWAYS get scared), whether it be cos they went "too far", or someone complained, they try and cover their tracks and pretend it never happened. Two months down the line another channel starts the process again. I've been watching babe channels since the early days, and adult channels before that, and it has happened so often I've lost count.

Bottom line is, there was a time when you couldn't see porn in magazines - eventually it was challenged and now we can. There was a time when we couldn't see porn in films - it was challenged and now we can. For crying out loud the BBFC has even backed down on female ejaculation thanks to, guess what, being challenged about it by Anna Span. All it takes is someone to challenge the rules for TV and they WILL win, but none of them seem to want to. I guess they're all sitting there thinking of the cost, but if they SHARED the cost, then they could share the resulting boom they would experience (instead of logging complaints against each other!). And the bizarre thing is that some channels would stay fairly soft, some would go harder, and there would still be a market for all of them because tastes differ. In fact, there would probably be a larger overall market because they would keep all existing viewers, and draw in those currently watching Euro TV.

Blackmail... that's the answer! We all threaten Bangbabes by telling them to stop being so stupid or we're going to lodge individual complaints to Ofcom about that 'lollipop' scene Big Grin

Rufus.D.H is not entirely correct in what he says but he's not far off the mark. vostok 1 on the other hand has missed the point completely.

Take Ofcom out of Rufus.D.H.'s comments and substitute complainers and you get the right picture, i.e. no longer do potential complainers need to spend hours and hours watching babe channels looking for evidence that they can beat the shows with, as they can just come here instead and find conveniently posted images and videos that they can use to formulate complaints (and this is what has been happening).

vostok 1's comments are irrelevant, as he completely misses the point that unless we're careful those who wish to complain to Ofcom are more likely to find something to complain about if they read this forum for 5 minutes a day than if they spend a couple of hours every day watching babe channels. Ofcom may not need to use this forum as a point of reference, but the complainers may do and they have been doing, as without this forum how would they even know that the incidents they are complaining about ever occurred in the first place - unless they just happened to be watching at the time?

So that's your only evidence that "this is what has been happening", is it?

As far as I'm aware, complaints about specific occurrance are quite thin on the ground. If this forum had hoards of killjoys scouring for ammunition, Ofcom would have been flooded with complaints about every slip and flash of daytime knicker, not to mention a particular scene involving a stick-based sweet and Jemma's pussy... which to my knowledge hasn't been complained about so far. Do you honestly think any complainers that might be lurking here would have let that one go?
