Web feed on TVAlways

Come on Mod Sta, I know you are about what the hell is wrong with the web feed, i've seen Toya for the last three nights.

I hope they get around to fixing both BS & PL feeds.

Chillax Guys.. Ops are going to restart the encoder and have a faff, see if that helps. We had a power cut here not long ago... that can usually mess a couple things up for a few days till we sort through it all.

OK I will give it 1 day or 2 but its nearly a full week now since the BS feed stopped working can you not just switch to the back up of old site for now & see if that works as both PL & BS feeds worked then?

Just a wee reminder that he isn't capable of dealing with every problem you may have. While it is appreciated that he is here doing what he can (at least I hope it is appreciated) there are limitations (even if he won't admit it - typical man)

As I mentioned earlier if you bothered to read it Ops are aware and have attempted to fix. In case you hadn't realised, it's the weekend most people don't work weekends. That goes for the web dept. So take a chill pill, have a cup of tea, bang one out...... Whatever it takes to get you through the harsh reality of not having one webstream in a vast internet full of them.

Power cuts play havoc with our systems. We put out a hell of a lot of LIVE content and our first priority is always the actual shows. As i mentioned Ops ARE AWARE and the stream will be fixed as soon as it can be.
