I don't really get what this thread is about, maybe I've missed something?

There seems to be a lot of complaints towards BS compared to other channels, but maybe this is only because they were here first, have the babes we are more familiar with and are seen by some as the BBC of babe channels as opposed to the Sky 1 type imitators (Elite, Bangbabes).
So maybe BS lags behind other channels in certain aspects, lost some girls to rivals, has a crap picture quality and the camera angels leave a lot to be desired

BUT does this mean you'd rejoice if the channel and the girls went "down the loo"? I think not. Think about a world without Paige, Lori, etc. etc. so you may not particularly like them but it would be weird, like a world without question time, panorama and Jonathan Ross.

Be careful what you wish for.

I think the tame accusations are a bit silly. Even on the channels that push the limit, what is there to see really? On all the channels it is just girls showing their tits and shaking their bums and nothbing else. All that matters are that the girls look good. If you want real porn, well there is the internet to satisfy all your needs. All this talk of 'tame' is relative - none of the girls on any of the channels are showing their pussies, no matter how 'far' they go.

However as relates to babestation, my two favourite girls are now gone (Tara and Rachel) and I am sick to death of always seeing Yvette and Paige. Yesterday someone texted into Paige saying shake your tits, and all she did was give a quick glimpse of her boob for a second and told the texter that if he wanted to see her shake her tits he would have to call her (I doubt she would do that even if he did). It's so ridiculous they employ someone whose job is to show her body and talk filth on the phones yet she won't even do that.

Another thing is the variety of girls on the station. They are all very 'samey' and many seem to lack any personality. I think Tara leaving was a big blow because she really knew how to work within the format to make things exciting, and she was brilliant on the phone. And has anyone noticed the complete lack of any non-white girls in the Cellcast stable?

I use to watch when it was an interactive show where we txted in an it was read out and we had a laugh with all the girls. Now half of them look in a can't bothered state. It was like The Chat on 910 but better since Donatella went it has been bull and that because you hire Z-class top shelf wanabe porn stars. Just get a woman off a street corner I bet they would do a slot for £25 that way you can make all the cash you want from hookers. And thats my view on it like it or lump it.

I think we should at least cut cellcast a little bit of slack. They have been running babestation for years without any real competition, and now that they have some, and some that may seem better on the surface, I think they've decided to shake things up and try some new stuff.

They have seemed to get rid of a lot of girls, which obviously isn't going to please everyone as all girls have loyal fans. But I wouldn't be surprised to see them come back stronger than before. Other channels may be produced slightly better at the moment, but the cellcast shows are actually improving all the time. And let's face it, Babestation as a name and a brand will always ring in more peoples ears than any others.

I think just maybe before we all sign the book of condolence we should wait and see how they're doing in a few months.

That is true Tara. What attracted me to BS in the first place many years ago was the sense of fun on the show and in a way we got to know the girls and their personalities. And while you're here I can only reiterate how great you were on the phones - I haven't called too many girls but you were the best at listening to what the caller was into, creating a story and fantasy scenario with the caller and making it interesting..and very filthy! And you never came across as being bored with the caller, despite having to listen to god knows how many calls a night. So many of the other girls come across as very unenthusiastic and sound like they are bored going through some basic schtick and spiel.

agree hopefully this revamp with bs xtra and the new sits will hopefully put bs back at the top
