Fifa 10 Demo

Downloaded this a few days and only just round to checking this out as i've been playing batman arkham asylum and dead space and boy does it take long to download on a PS3. Anyway on first glance it looks actually the same the previous years efforts, to me on a HD tv it seems a little crisper then last years version. Control why's it plays a lot better then fifa 09, you have a better range of passing, the animation is a lot smoother and you seem to have much more control over the ball especially when it comes to dribbing with the ball. Also a new feature on this years efforts is that you can use the weight the player to control the ball and barge past players, so for example drogba can run pretty fast with the ball and keep hold the ball while holding over players at bay, players like defoe won't be able to do with but with his speed and now that you have more control over the he'll be skip past players using skill. so far the features are:

Skilled Dribbling:

Players can now keep close control of the ball while facing up defenders. Use skilled dribbling to put defenders off balnace then beat them with a chnage of pace.

Physical Play:

Now a true fight for possesion with more variet and more freedom to move, while battling for possession. Use your momentum to push stronger players off the ball.

Custom Set Pieces

Create your very own set pieces by positioning, recording and replying player runs in the practice Arena, for use on corners and dead ball situations around the box.

Set Pieces In Game:

Create the trigger up to 4 different set pieces in 8 different region of the pitch. 32 set pieces allowed per profile.

training Mode:

Practice Free kicks or play full local multiplayer practice sessons with 1 - 10 outfield players a side. All practice modes are instantly available off the Arena, without load times.

Theres bound to be more stuff on this version i just hope EA live up to it, all in all i will be buying the full game at some put point, but not gonna get it right away as only bought the PS3 a few months ago with fifa 09. But i wil be getting it, its gonna be interesting to see how the new pro evo will turn out. Hopefully they will release a demo and if so will let you guys know what its like.

Yeah i think I read the PES demo is coming out relatively soon, like the end of the month, not that I am bothered, I am a Fifa man, the little changes in the demo suprised me, like defenders heading the ball back to their goalkeeper, quick free-kicks (were these in 09? I did not play that that much, it was my little brothers and he was never off of it) and the adaptability of the CPU seems to be much improved in this. My brother was Chelsea and he got a hat-trick with Anelka in barely 20 minutes because the CPU formation was so open and the moment the hat-trick goal was scored they pretty much put every man behind the ball and tried to score on the counter, as a result my brother did not score for the remainder of the game. I am not that great at it, I have played it 3 times on the mid difficulty, lost one 1-0, won one 1-0 and won one on penalties, can't wait for it to be released.

The demo is ok but i think i'll probably get pes

We should start a forum league for the members who are interested when the new fifa comes out.We can easily keep in touch here and take the piss when someone gets thumped.

if any is interested tesco online and amazon uk are selling fifa 10 for 24.97, just ordered mine .

tried to buy this today in 3 shops and it was sold out, although i think its more down to them putting out limited stock while the price is so low then they will "find" more on monday when it goes back to the usual price.

have just ordered it on amazon though for £25 just need to wait on delivery now

I will buy it for my brother for his birthday, great to buy him a present that is equally for me haha.
