OK, have to be fair and update on the latest,

the guys from BFTV have been in touch via PM and have arranged a refund of credits. and to be fair, they've done it quickly and effectively, so all credit to them.

so it seems that the customer service side of things is significantly improved, and gets a vote of thanks from me.

credit where credit is due, they've impressed me!

now as for the girls, just seen Crystal on there, and although I didnt say hello, just a quick peek, she does look quite tasty.

I guess it may be a case of, if you go in to chat, be clear about whats on offer etc, ask the girl what the arrangement is.
so theres no misunderstandings.

if the girls are up front and as fair as customer service now appears to be then maybe this site has turned the corner!

Yeah, I had the same service from BFTV. Damian contacted me via PM and refunded my credits, with the option of refunding the money paid for them instead. I decided to take the credits and give the service another go, figuring the problems I had probably wouldn't happen again.

Sadly, I just tried to use my credits again with Tammy Taylor. Went into group, asked for VIP as the option just to go into VIP wasn't there so she said it would be fixed in a minute. Time went by, credits kept going. Then she said go out, go to free and then get into VIP. Tried this numerous times but any attempt to go into Free resulted being back in Group as it cut off before Free would load and Group was the only option again. Again, this is more time and more credits going.

By the time it was sorted out, after about four or five attempts, someone else got into VIP before me and I gave up on trying tonight, and ever. I appreciate how helpful you guys were after the last issues I had and the refund was appreciated but these kinds of technical issues or 'misunderstandings' seem to constantly happen and for a service that has been rolled out to paying customers, it's unacceptable. These kind of things should be tested before customers and their money become involved, particularly for those who don't use this forum and feel there's nothing can be done. They could spend shitloads of cash on this and get nowhere. It wouldn't hurt to add a 'How It Works' page to make everything very clear and then have software that is tested and works before being rolled out.

I also find it a bit much that Group chat consists of girls showing nothing and begging for extortionate tips before taking their bra off while also collecting 10 credits per minute. Surely if it's down to tips, the chat should be free? It can cost hundreds of credits just to see a boob, it seems a little much don't you think?

Currently Gracie is on "spy", for 20 credits per minute. On previous occasions that I've looked, it's been 30 credits per minute.

Some kind of indicator as to why the different prices might perhaps be helpful, along with a discription of what each babe would be willing to do (eg. tease, topless, nude) for each show.
Some shows might be pre-intended to be "stronger" than previous/future shows by the same babe; prior notification of this might then avoid some disappointment from people who view/interact.
