Yea, I'm really annoyed i couldn't even get through after paying for it I no it's not Lucy's fault, she tried to help me but no joy, surely it can't be as complicated as this I reckon it's more like user error on my part, i own a MacBook pro maybe I should've done something a bit differently than on a pc?
