Delay flicking through channels on Sky?
Don't know about anyone else here but when I go through the channels on Sky I have a standard routine:

902, 911, 948 and 950 (RLC)
914, 965, 921 and 920 (Elite)

As I know all the numbers, and I know who I like, I could usually zip through these in a few seconds, but I've found recently there seems to be some kind of random delay where I type the numbers in but they stay on the screen for a few seconds before switching over or the number won't show up at all for a few seconds.

The weird thing is this only happens on the babe channels. If I flick through the other channels the same way, there's no delays.

I thought it was just me, but when i tried this on someone else's box it did the same thing.

Anyone else experience this?

Yep, same issue for me at times although I tend to find that switching the box off at the mains, waiting a minute or so and then turning it back on sometimes helps. Can't guarantee this will work for you Huh but try if you want to Smile.

No, I just went through all the channels and everything switched on without any delay. I couldn't see any problem at all.

To be honest on this the SKY Box only has a life span of about 5 years max, it's one of the worst pieces of equipment ever built and they do this on purpose as like all companies they are only interested in bleeding your money dry as are the babe channels at £1.53 a minute to call Cool
