It may be that the Mastercard rules don't apply to the channels because everything is paid for in credits.

i.e. using a card to buy credits may not be the same as using it to pay directly for content or services.

The master card banking new rule can't be true because it doesn't show up as spending money on these channels. It's says something like prime time entertainment gaming service from the Neverland's which is how they get away with it.

^ Stop spending on the channels if these 'rules' are objectionable enough to you. They will find a way to change what's happening ONLY if there is enough incentive to do so. If not they will continue to tell you what you are allowed to see and where even when you are paying a premium.

Remember how the channels were perfectly content with Ofcom - they found ways to BENEFIT from offering services RESTRICTED in the variation of content on offer to the customer.

The operators and like-minded babes will be quite content - if not glad - to accept more regulation that does similar in this instance. This doesn't mean the customer has to accept it however. STOP PAYING WHEN THINGS BECOME NOT TO YOUR TASTES. 99% of insiders have zero loyalty to any customer. You owe them nothing if what you get doesn't suit.

Even in the US, there's been no place for complacency, as laws passed in the name of addressing a very elastically defined 'trafficking', were the first major achievement of the renewed crusade against anything remotely considered adult material.
