This licences was added to the ofcom freeview/DTT list this morring.

So look like there will be a new freeview babes channel coming soon.

The licence application is by Synapse TV, who facilitate live and on demand video on Freeview under a single brand. They also aggregate multiple channels in a single HD channel, and can deliver encrypted channels over the internet to connected Freeview boxes.

No telling who the content provider is.

The licence type is described as
Content: General Entertainment
Type of Service: Editorial

It won't be a new freeview phone in babe channel, the content is described as "Adult" and the Type of Service described as "Editorial".
Ofcom usually describe the "Type of Service" of free to view night-time phone in babe channels as Teleshopping/adult chat etc, not editorial .

To me it looks like it will be a encrypted adult channel similar to TVX, but will only be available to view via IPTV/Smart TV/Internet connected TV's etc, .

Synapse TV Limited the licence holder of AdultXXX was the former licence holder of the Playboy TV Chat channel that broadcast on freeview via IPTV i believe .

Just for the record, the Licence type required to broadcast on regular freeview (through a aerial not via the internet) is a "DTPS" licence (digital television program service licence)
The Licence type required to broadcast on TV via IPTV/Internet connected TV is a "DTAS" (digital television additional service licence)
It doesn't actually say what type of licence has been granted, but seeing has DTAS is part of the licence number it looks like it is a DTAS licence .

just had a message pop up on my freeview TV telling me to retune as a new service has been found , so have done a retune and AdultXXX has now appeared on freeview Ch 183 .

Presently no info is on screen mentioning what programs will be broadcasting on this channel .

I have 183c but no info on what is there, or who is/will be broadcasting

The name sounds more like a TVX style show than a babe channel.

It looks like there's a new babe channel starting soon on Sky TV called "Sin TV", Joey 27 first gave the info and link to the website in this post originally posted in Tori Lee's Storm thread .

The sin-tv site is hosted on the same subnet as storm so its likely to be related to them in some way.

this is interesting looking at Sin tv's website looks like they have some money behind them, looking at the photos seam they have a few different sets ready to go,
there web stream is showing a preview trailer at the moment and is good quality picture and interestingly has a HD option wonder if they could be the first babechannel in HD,

It does have the look of a Pay TV venture rather babechannel or they would sign up daytime babes as well.
