CCBill, biggest flamin waste of time ever

for the 2nd time, I add credit, it goes through and then I get the page saying funds have been paused while further checks are made.
last time, I had an email from them aswell:

Thank you for your interest in making a purchase from http://cams.babesfromtv.com. For your protection, your transaction has been declined by CCBill but may still be eligible to be approved following some additional action on your part.

Please call our Consumer Support Department at 888.596.9279, or the International toll free number below if outside of the U.S., to proceed with the process if you have not completed your purchase elsewhere.

last time I rang, and 10mins later, after speaking to someone who took the details, and then who put me on hold, my credit strangely arrived, while I was still on hold

Is this a new ploy, get a 10min call to the US included in any purchase, at my expense!
No thanks, if they cant sort the credit payments , then get someone that can, CCBill are a flamin joke

I'll give them ten minutes. I've emailed them. after that, I'm off to another site for good!

Credit card fraud is rampant with adult sites. So occasionally, yes, you have to call a freephone number to check the purchase.

Sorry this inconvenienced you.

However, we are working on implementing an additional card company.

I stress, the protection is to make sure you are not being ripped off. It is a Visa requirement, many purchases in a short period are often flagged, or if you used a new IP address etc etc. Many reasons.

And they get you to make a free call to confirm.

Again, apologies for the inconvenience these security measure caused.

the only two numbers given: the free one doesnt work, and the other charges!
I'll probably wait until you have an alternative, CCBill are just too much hassle
at least this way, I'll save money!

CCBill are the biggest and oldest credit card processor in adult. We will be adding Epoch soon though, to add debit card processing to the mix.

Thanks man, I realise your frustration isn't aimed at me personally! Epoch will have similar security protocols from time to time, but with both processors, we can do what's called cascading. So if you try with one and it doesn't work, it will automagically try the other.

So, hopefully, such things shouldn't effect you in the future.

Trust me, ccbill are a waste of time, they've just screwed up again, I was a member of a site, they cancelled the membership 12hrs early, then said they'd extend it by 2 days to make up for it, but still couldn't log in, I tell them, and they say they cant help because the membership had expired!
Outcome: that website has lost a customer for good, and I wont use ccbill again, so until epoch are ready to roll, I'll have to miss your site. blame the ccbill idiots!

Whats taking the time with the booking option a few weeks ago you said it was nearly done and should be up soon

Had a demo of it last night. Very nearly there. It's considerably harder than you'd think to make this work.
