And the jess lady did sing 35260 to top the board, £3526 if she got the lot but will only see 60% max of that.

I've noticed the big £200 special offers are always now on the last weekend of the month or the likes of Valentines and occasionally the smaller offers mid month but your right they don't really want the average punter which is a bit silly as there the ones who tend to turn into returning punters so more tips overall.

Returning punters can be any level of spender surely. And, everything else being equal, it's up to the babe's who becomes a serial returner really. Like in any service industry it's about granting consistently positive experiences; the punter going away feeling valued and satisfied after each visit. Particularly on those times when they have reached out for reasonable interaction. This can include basic courtesy on chat - even if the guy has lowly credits.

Operators need to back up that aim throughout. Including the mixing up of promotional offers.

It's all very well targeting who you are going to treat well and focus on - by looking at a guy's credit balance when they hit your stream for instance - but IMO to be really successful a babe needs to see no spender feels poorly done by or witnesses poor treatment of others they will feel natural affinity to. The latter is more or less every other guy on the stream. (Fanboys may flatter a babe by saying to her they are on her side no matter what but even they must reflect on who it is they really have more in common with.)

She also need to attract multiple types of payers, staying on main cam as much as possible. No babe can hold the broadest tipping audience by disappearing for half her session at a time.

Completely agree @ShandyHand. Thats I think why certain girls like Atlanta as an example do so well as they concentrate on everyone in the room and funnily enough a lot tip and everyone goes away happy including the girl as they've got the tips and had fun and so have the punters who'll come back.

I've done this for the last 2 shows that Danni Levy has done. It's fair to say as has been said before that the leaderbosrd is inaccurate. I know that some have thought it was due to it not accurately reflecting when a girl is logged on from home but from my study it is more than that.

Last week when I watched all of Danni's show I thought the Daily Leaderbosrd was showing about 500 credits less than she had actually received so I decided to look even nor carefully this week.

Yesterday she started with a tip goal of 350 (it started at 500 on her previous show but she regularly carries over an uncompleted goal between shows). She did three webshows after tip goals were completed which is 1350 credits. Whilst on her 2nd webshow she was being buzzed repeatedly so kept going as another tip goal was completed so that's a minimum of 1850 credits. I checked the Daiily Leaderboard after that and it showed only 1305 credits (it still shows that as her weekly total) Her 3rd tip goal of 500 was reached after that in the last few minutes of her show.

My manual count showed even more as I think she received 2480 credits (I have not included the 50 credits Studio buzz). Some of this is I think when she got buzzed after a goal was completed and before the next tip goal was loaded.

I think the system they use is simply unreliable for the leaderboard BUT I don't think it is an issue for what the girls are paid or they would be complaining about it and I know they take note of their numbers.

Oh and I know that tip goals are not individually targeted at least for some girls

I can tell you were this inconsistency comes from its the tips from rampant, they still show & count towards the tip goal but don't get included in the goals totals as they are seen as coming from another income source. The girls won't get anywhere near as much for those tips either as rampant will take there cut. Hope that helps.

Based on Annie Mae's top 3 finishes on the BS Leaderboard. It'll be interesting to see where she ranks in the forum awards at the end of this year.
