In my view the mature thing to do is decriminalise the sex industry for end provider/user on both supply and demand sides. They should concentrate solely on rounding up the traffickers, and rescuing the trafficked and under-age.

Yes you could make that argument, but it would mean going to court. Then it's up to the prosecution to prove the case against you.

In Sweden the police give you 2 choices, either pay an immediate fine or be prosecuted. Virtually everyone chooses to pay the fine.

It's good move in my opinion. Gives these girls other options to explore such as education and other professional jobs, bet most girls in France are so talented and smart that they let it go to waste so it could work.
