Bangbabes will not be affected by OFCOM's new freeview discrimination towards adult babe channel rules for freeview , Bang babes on FV98 transmits from 3am-5.30 so will not be affected .The Early Bird show that transmits on FV98 from 5.30am-9.am is a non adult show , it does not have a adult licence and is not classed as a 18+ , and should only show material that is suitable for viewers of all ages , in theory this type of non adult show could be broadcast 24 hours a day on freeview if Bangmedia wanted too. You only have to be 18+ to use the interactive services on the non adult shows but can still watch if you are under 18

Well that good news if true are you 100% sure how do you no?
will it aply to babestaion then?

I am as sure as it is humanly possible to be were OFCOM is concerned , the new freeview rules apply only to premium rate adult chat babe shows , adult chat babe shows are not allowed on any free to air platform on Sky or freeview between the hours of 5.30am-9.pm that is the law , the phone in babe shows that transmit between 5.30-9pm are non adult premium rate phone numbers , and the shows are not 18+ in content , the new rules apply only to 18+ adult content shows with premium rate adult phone numbers . so any freeview shows that transmit between 5.30am and 9pm is unaffected . It looks like Babestation will be loosing the 10pm-12am show on freeview channel 96 , but things could change before September .

I'm not sure who runs Bang Babes on freeview (3am) but they certainly know what the viewer wants. Last nights Bang Babes with Lori was outstanding and very hot......it made BabeStation and Partyland look very boring. Why the hell doesn't Bang Babes swap places with BabeStation so it can come on much earlier? Hats off to the Bang Babes cameraman as well!!!!!

they only have 2 channels now? went from 4 to 2 seems like the producers are having a laugh or something.
