yer not the only 1 to spot that. they could easily sign over the domain but really why would they want to. anna can still do solo which means she will probably still have her fans signing up to it. the contract with BB wont be indefinite (they haven't stated how long her contract is with them) and anna will probably move on after a few roles in there movies. so id say give it some time and see how things pan out, you never know anna may well loose interest in this venture sooner rather than later.

Another rip off site one good vid with Amanda and that was it.Some OK photos but was expecting a lot more for the money paid.

She just opened it! I'm sure she'll update it frequently, and she did her site to showcase herself, not other women, despite having a g/g video present. Showing her with Amanda and Sophia in the trailer for her site has hurt her, since she can't do g/g on her site while under contract with Blue Bird. However, I was already interested in joining her site just to see HER, and the other women were just an added bonus for me, but not the deciding factor. I'm glad she's giving us what we want, since we can't see it on TV. Looking forward to the Blue Bird material as well!

That's correct, you said no such thing. But by saying that Anna was a hot blonde and not a lawyer and also that you didn't know what she was thinking you IMPLIED that she wasn't aware of what she was agreeing to. You also said she didn't understand the difference between site ownership and a revenue sharing agreement.

Regarding the budding lawyers, I think the point being made is a simple one which doesn't involve any great legal complexity. A contract is supposed to represent the agreement between the parties, but if there is a difference of opinion on the meaning of a term in the contract there clearly isn't an agreement in the first place and if there is no agreement there can't be an enforceable contract.

the contractor is not obliged in any way to explain what terms are in the contract, it is up to the contracted party to read, agree and sign.
what the contractor thinks of the potential contracted party is irrelevant.
in the end it was up to anna to seek legal advice if she didn't and signed it without fully understanding what she was signing then she made a mistake. you cant blame bluebird for that.

yeah you may not like it or agree with how its done but thats the reality of the porn business.

the hex is right, the contractor does not legally have to double check every single point with the contractee. if the contractee was not sure about something, shouldnt of signed the contract in reality.

I may be changing the subject a bit,but all i want to know is the site any good? I want to subscribe,but i'm holding off untill i read enough reviews on the forum before i commit myself.
Is it just another bog standard Cellcast type site? in which case i won't bother.
