The cotract arrangements the girls now have with the babe channels seem to be pretty relaxed with them seemingly able to chop and change channels at will and drop out for months at a time. The channels don't run the same tight ship Paul Chaplin (a lawyer himself) does at Bluebird.
I am expecting him to sign up the top girls from all the existing channels, not just Elite, for the new Bluebird channels as this is where the money will be.

Just seen all of this and must say I am shocked at the unprofessional discussion of peoples personal business on the forum but hey!

Just to clear this up I think it is fair to say that the only people to comment on any of the Elite sites or girls sites that fall under the Elite banner is either Elite or the girls themselves. So in short until you hear from either Anna or Elite otherwise I think it is fair to say that its business as usual.

Also should any of our sites ever be closing down then we will give all the members sufficient notice of the intended closure. A full shut down schedule will be provided so the members know when the site will close and what content will be added up to closure etc

So to be 100% clear...

Until ANNA LOVATO OR ELITETVONLINE say otherwise Anna's site will continue to bring you more girl/girl, solo girl pics and vids on a weekly basis.

I agree with you admiral. A contract is voidable if it isn't a true meeting of minds. If the contract was challenged in law Bluebird would have to show that the terms were explained to Anna and they came to a real and voluntary meeting of the minds. Yet Bluebird already said earlier in this thread when discussing the contract that "We don't know what Anna thinks about anything: only what she says and signs." If they don't know what she was thinking, how can they show that the contract is a meeting of the minds?

so u are saying anna is a dumb blonde who didnt know what she was signing. Surely anna would have had some sort of management or agent to look through things and make sure it was all legal . anyway we have heard from all 3 sides of the story so think its time it was let go its up to bluebird elite and anna to come up with the answer not us lot. Although im Sure Mr Kyle would love this as a topic !!!! would make awesome telly !!!

all these politics are making me loose my hard on. i seen annas pussy lol, and ill see it again i dont care where. any of annas pics or vids ive seen didnt have a gun to her head. think everyone needs to chill out and have a wank. no need talking about court etc, esp as it doesnt really involve us, and nothing has happened to take it to court

so your reallly saying she signed a contract without knowing what she was signing, i dont think shes that stupid in the slightest little bit.

and am pretty sure it wouldnt make a contract voidable especially in this instance.

oh and 1 quick point bluebird officials attitude in this has been really poor his unfunny 1 liners and general over discussing of meetings and other stuff is poor buisness conduct.

Correct. She confused a revenue sharing arrangement with actual site ownership. Fair enough - she's a hot blonde not a lawyer. As reported in earlier posts we have since spoken directly.

I find this hard to believe, she may understand the situation more now but its cutting the content of what Anna's referred to as "her site" meaning someone on this thread (devilish?) has already said there canceling there subscription, how many more subscribers would they lose?. All irrelevant after jamie's said it is as before until Anna or Elite tell us otherwise.

another small point, Bluebird are quick to point out that Elite don't care about there presenters when they are clearly trying to take advantage of the ambiguity in what 'Anna's own website' refers too.
