I see King Charles is addressing the German Parliament and doing so as much speaking German if not more so than English.

Just makes me a feel a bit of shame that I cannot fluently speak a language other than English and Gibberish. I did study French and German at school but have largely forgotten it.

If I ever do re-engage with language studies German will most likely be high on the list of languages I would choose to study again.

I used to speak French reasonably well but I'm very rusty now. I attempted to learn Czech when I was with my ex but the language did my head in almost as much as she eventually did

I could never master a foreign language even though i have German friends

Good to see that Gwyneth Paltrow won her court case regarding injuring a guy whilst ski-ing.

She won her $1 plus costs case against the guy who was claiming $300,000 in compensation.
