Most of the people i have met offering these services, have set prices and don't take kindly to someone trying to get a discount or haggle over the price. It's fairly simple really if they are available then somewhere will have info on rates/services/availability. Only time i have heard of "negotiating a price" is if a girl advertises at a price which no one wants to pay, in that situation normal supply and demand market forces come into play unless they aren't bothered about working.Plus generally speaking most of time it's up to you to contact them not the other way around
