I don't know if a BBW channel is ever going to happen, for the same reason that we don't have too many other "specialty" channels, apart from Asian Babes.
But a channel that has mostly BBWs on it, maybe with "BBW" somewhere in the programme title (which is easier to change than the channel name in the EPG), hell yeah!
Flip through all the adult channels on Sky that show movies, and there is nearly always at least one showing with BBW in the title. So a babe channel with a time slot title like "BBW Chat" would probably get more viewers (and hopefully callers).
