some internet providers though already have this filter in place for new internet connections (talk talk were on skynews today saying they already put this filter on for new internet accounts) people who already have broadband/internet will instead get a prompt saying do you want the filter turned on and this wont be happening until 2014

Yep Talktalk asked me when I signed with them a little while ago, theres no surcharge they just ask if you want to turn it on or off, its off, and i can visit porn, it was barely an experience let alone a game changing one!.

mobile phones already do this, I cannot access this site via my O2 mobile, i could if I wanted just make them a payment on a credit card which they use to verify you are 18+ and would then deduct from my next bill. but i just cant really be bothered as its been off for almost 18 months
