freeview ch93 Television X has a new of air Mheg and from tuesday 15/3/11 it says no information available does this mean
1.new hours
2.it shuts on freeview
3. a free babes channel will take it place
Any forum members or tvx babes no what going on?

It could be a stream change it would seam odd for it to close when they are still selling subscriptions from the website. Unless they plan to transfer tv X subs to red hot tv.
My tv is bust at the minute so can not check, but TV X timeshares with anytime 3 and gold to name part of there timeshares. Can you check the EPG to see if there is any changes listed on them

Just checked on my Sony PVR which is pretty good at keeping uptodate without retuning.
After tonights show on ch93, the EPG just says "programs no longer available" for the following days.
I thought it was strange having 2 encrypted similar channels anyway.

could we about to see the return of cream tv
but if you read on DS they think 192 & 93 are going to swap places
that could happen or could smile tv 2 take 93 meaning all of cellcast could move down one & put the show on 192 on 98
but lets see what happens

I doubt its a new babes channel because:
1.The slot TV X is on is currently leased to top up tv. I.e tv X is on top up tv capacity. Therefore if anything it could be an extension of top up tv services as a replacement. Unless the capacity is handed back to the original owners.
2. Ofcom don't allow english licensed babe channels to go on air before midnight. All TV x babes channels are licensed in the UK and therefore under the remit of ofcom. The current tv x slot is 11-3 you see. So out of that slot a UK licensed babes channel can only use 12am-3am. Is there hardly much point going on air for the sake of a few hours. I would like to see a new babes channel as much as anybody else but I would rather see one launch 12am-5.30 am and give babestation some competition that is needed during the midnight to 1 am hour.
The thing I see happing with tv x is either a stream change or compete closure.
Thats my best guess when you consider everything.

^^^^^Has anyone on this forum heard of Kirkcaldy or know where it is, 'cos of all the obscure places on the planet they could have chosen, both TUTV & TVX are based there, (same address)..........
